Request For Quote- Hardened Scribes

Looking for price for 0.5" Diameter x 2" long steel scribes
Must be hardened to 55 HRC +-1 and have 90* point with less than 0.1 mm of flat on tip after hardening

Looking for at least 100 pieces.
Please quote for scribe at one end and for both ends:

100 Pcs Single End
100 Pcs Double End

1000 Pcs Single End
1000 Pcs Double End

What is turnaround time and what validation of Hardness will you provide
