In the attached zip files there are 7 part drawings. 2D dxfs and IGS files. Special callouts for any parts are listed in the PDFs. Dimensions should be derived from the DXF or IGS files for quoting purposes, and unless specified in PDFs, tolerances are +/-.004". More detailed part drawings will be provided with orders. Some of these parts can be made from structural shapes, so please note that when considering material cost.
All parts are 6061, and should finished by tumbling or another method that provides a very consistent even surface finish. No hand deburring or sanding.
Please quote price and lead time for each part in quantities of 10, 25, 100. Include in your quote your location and contact information.
We would like one shop to do all parts, but will split if necessary. We will only consider shops in the USA.
