I need 1 of this part then 5 more when it fits. There will be future reorders of this. The holes in the plate are tapered and on an angle.

The drawing does not show it but the plate is 3/4" thick. Material 6061 aluminum.

What are your tolerances for this part? Flatness? Do you want to use 3/4" thick material, or do you want a machined finish at .750"? What are your finish requirements, especially for the tapered bores? What diameter are the smaller thru holes? What is the radius on the outboard, bottom corners?

There will be a gasket between the surfaces. Flatness tol is 0.005. Tolerance on the thickness is +- 0.03". For surface finish on the boars, as long as it feels pretty smooth to the touch it is ok. The small holes are 0.34" in diameter, +-0.01 on the diameter, 0.005 on the position. The outboard radii are .74". Tolerances on the outside is +-0.05".
