We are going on our 41st. year in business. We have tooled for many large companies including Ford, GE Medical, Tennant, Graco, Briggs & Stratton, Ecowater, Polaris and many more.

We do production machining ( high & low volume ) and we manufacture molds - straight injection, wire shuttle, insert and blow molds.

We are a small company ( 3 employees ) in a 7200 sq. ft. facility that we built in 2004. Our equipment is as follows;

-- Milltronics VM-17 machining center.
-- Bridgport mills.
-- Monarch EE toolroom lathe.
-- Charmilles E-10 & D-10 sinker EDM's.
-- Gromax P-36 sinker EDM with 75 amp control.
-- Harig 6" x 12" surface grinder.
-- Kent 6" x 18" surface grinder.
-- Gardner 10" x 15" surface grinder.
-- Okamoto 13" x 29" capacity automatic surface grinder.
-- 2 horizontal saws ( up to 12" round & 24"? flat ).
-- Deckel tool & cutter grinder.
-- Zeiss toolmaker microscope.
-- FastCAM software.
-- Nikon optical comparator.
-- Nice sized sandblast cabinet ( with dozens of media ).
-- Tons of support equipment.
