Hello all,
First time posting here so I hope I'm doing this correctly. I have 30 plastic dishes of which I need a hole milled into the center of each. I do not know the exact material they are made from, it’s most likely a polymer resin like HDPE or PET. Each one is 8.5” in diameter and ~0.02” thick. I will need a 2.9” diameter hole cut into the center. I have a PDF (and Illustrator) file with a 2D rendering of the project dimensions but no CAD files. The materials will be supplies and shipped to you for milling. My time frame is flexible: anytime within two weeks would be ideal. Also, the milled edges do not need any special finish beyond deburring (if possible). Thanks!
