Small Job Quote Needed prototype part

I need two small parts turned using tool steel. Max diameter is 0.530". Quote should include materials and machining. There is no rush on these parts. I will need them in the next 1-2 months. I do have a couple questions regarding the materials and the machining process. Small tool marks are acceptable. I need the parts in the white. I have a .DXF file that I will provide to interested parties.
