This looks kike about a $1.75 part if material is supplied. there should be no problem keeping sharp coners. My web is Gcmfg.net if you would like to see the facilities list. I just put it up a couple of weeks ago, still have a little work to do. I have also done work for government contracts and work to a high Quality standard.
