I am looking for quotes for the following:
Quantity: two (2) - 3 Step Poly-V Pulleys
Step Diameters: 3", 4.5" and 6"
Belt Used: 490J10 Gates Micro-V
Rib Count: 10
Center Bore for Motor Pulley: .875" with .25" keyway.
Center Bore for Spindle Pulley: 2.125" (final dimension based on finished spindle.)
Material: 6061 Aluminum or Mild Steel - Quality finish a must.
Gates Pulley Specifications for their J-Section Belts: Per attached PDF.
Miscellaneous:
Separate quotes; one with setscrew(s) and one with Keyways.
Separate quote your materials (I can supply materials if yours are not cost effective.)
Separate quote your CNC and programming costs.
I can supply CAD drawing with text dimensions but not DFX file for CNC Code generation. Please request if you want it.
Lead-time: two to Four Weeks.
