Hello, I have two models that need two quotes.

First quote is for a small quantity I will use for prototyping. Shop supplied material (Billet / Sheet AL6061)

Clamp 2L Side 6 each
Clamp 2L Hinge 12 each

Desired lead time: under two weeks

Second quote is for the production run. I will provide extruded profiles for both componens (AL6061).

Clamp 2L Side 800 each
Hinge 2L Hinge 1600 each

Desired lead time: under 6 weeks

NOTES: linear tolerances are +-.005" from models, +-.003" on each continuing part, 2X 4-40 threaded holes on each "Clamp 2L Side" (see .089" hole in the model)

Prototyping run will be initiated within 10 days. Production is expected to start in 6 weeks.

In response to katzmar's post. I hope that the prospective machine shop would be able to read and use the attached files (3D models) to produce the quotation, and parts.
