RFQ on tool and parts HDPE

I am in need of a quote for both tooling and piece rate for a plastic part with the dimensions x=28" y=4" z=1" volume=21.58 cubic/in molded in a colored HDPE. Initially I am looking for a run of only 10,000 pieces for a Walmart trial. Projected sales are 150,000 to 200,000 pieces/year.
