RFQ on Turning work

I need a quote on this part. Tolerances are .01in on the inside and .01 on outside. The bottom circle at the end of the chamfer needs to be .001 flat as well. It needs to be as perfectly flat as possible.

1)Copper
2) I will provide 1 piece 2.75" diam 12" long
3) Quantity:2
