Paintball body for the smartparts ION.

I can provide the aluminum. Piece is a cylinder apx. 8inchs long with inner diameter of 1.25 outer diameter of 1.50 flattened bottom, bottom is 1 inch wide. Punchout squares each 2 inchs long on the bottom.

Thats all pretty basic. What Im interested in is a price range for designs milled (routed) into the outside of the body.

So, no responses yet. What Im looking for is a Ballpark figure for simple or compex designs milled into the outer surface of the cylinder. I do not have any drawings done (CAD or otherwise) because Im fairly new and want to get an idea of the cost before I take the time to design it. Thanks.

The problem is you have not provided models for a quote. This type of work is solely dependent on run time and we will have no idea of run time untill you provide the model to program off of.....

I would be happy to provide you with a quote on reverse engineering one or all of the parts that you referenced. From those drawings or CAD models you would then be able to obtain the manufacturing quotes that you need.

What kind of quanities would you be looking for? The prices are low on your examples because of huge quanities. Price would be higher on small lots.
