LKM, Assab, Saarstahl, Groditz, Daido are contract suppliers. 15-20% will be gave comparing with small factory. Synventive, Incoe, Moldmaster, Mastip, Yudo for hot runner, AHP, Vega for cylinder are cooperated suppliers. 10%-20% discount has been gave to us.
Molds Area
From Iron, Wash machine, Coffee machine, Computer, Pallets, plastic container, to Automotive bumper, Automotive front panel, Automotive door, Automotive internal parts etc. Molds weight from 80KG to 40 tons. We only help customer tomake finished moulds. But we also make the mold core or cavity inserts only for European and American mould factories.
Advance facilities.
With one 5 axis Cairo Span CNC machine, 2 Fanc high CNC machine, 10 CNC machine totally, 4 pieces of two heads EDM, 20 EDM machine totally, 10 wire cutting machine. 10 injection machine, biggest one is 1600 ton, small one is 30 ton. All the electrode have to be inspected. 3D inspector is in house. You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.
Quality Assurance.
Company is managed under ISO9001:2008, TS16949.
Quality certificates will be supplied from original suppliers for steel, hot runner, mold base. Good after sales service will be supplied from Syventitive, Incoe, Mastip, Yudo for hot runner, AHP, Vega for cylinders. Every mold will be operated for small or big batch production before delivery.
HASCO, DME standard components for location ring, eject pins, sleeves, guild post. Staubli standard water line connectors.
Mold design capabilities.
80 design engineers, 11 project managers. 3days for mold flow, one week for mold 3D design.
CAD, CAM, ProE5.0, UG5.0, Cartia have been used. Mold flow have to be done before mold design to find best gate, get best cycle time.
Professional Services
Quotation will be made within 24 hours. Weekly mold progress report will be supplied at every Friday. In order to supply excellent, convenient communication service to customer, our working time is from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time (two shifts).
