Request For Quote- Small Aluminum Part for Home Project

Need one small machined part for kids custom motor bike. I've included an attachment for general description. Can provide a step203 or iges files.

That's going to be a pretty expensive part, especially for only 1. Do you have a detailed print with tolerances?

Bobk, I was hoping to avoid a drawing and just cad/cam it from the step or iges file. Would it be cheaper to manual mill it?

Manual mill is definitly not the way to go. Different shops will make different suggestions. I would like to see a print for quoting. A print helps convey the important details of the part which affect the cost. The material alone will be in the approximate $60.00 range and there's a significant amount of machining to be done.

Would it be possible to not have the 4 "ears" at the 3.7 diameter and just leave
a 3.7 diameter flange with 4 holes in it? If you remove that part of the design
and tolerances aren't too tight the part could be made in considerably less time.

Dualkit... Unfortunately I need the ears as this allows airflow past the body (and into the weed whacker).
