1) Material type - Aluminum
2) Is a material quote required or is material supplied.
3) Quantity
4) Drawings should be immediately available or necessary specs.
5) Required time frame
6) RFQ ending time
7) Full contact information should be supplied upon first contact by email from both parties, neither should have to reply to @.com
8) If you the RFQ poster needs help in some of the technical areas then that should be made know initially.
9) Make known any special treatments/finishes not necessarily related to the machining process.
Part is aluminum 6061 type, i can supply the alum rod, looking for 36-48 peices. I do not have a drawing, but can make one quickly, no rush on the order at all, would like within 2 weeks, email is mikedealer@aim.com
Basically i am looking to have made 4x Sets of 12 Little aluminum engine peices as pictured here. They are approx the size of a cigarette filter (20mm tall x 9mm diameter), i can get drawing made up no problem. I will need them to be threaded in the bottom (4-40 thread of 3mm) approx a 1/4 way through the peice.
If you can help out please let me know, they are for a RC model car i am refinishing.
