Small Job Quote Needed small batch of custom 10-32 thumb screws

Up for quote is a quick-turn, small batch of custom 10-32 thumb screws in stainless steel. We will be drilling these to be used as bleed screws.

required immediately; latest delivery by 7/24 (faster is better)

major feature: threading on bottom half of the shank ONLY
prefer either diamond or straight knurl
no rigid tolerance requirements
material type: stainless 303 or 304 (not supplied)
quantity: 5 (minimum of 25 is also acceptable); more to follow​

I currently have a couple of quotes, around $25/screw with a 3 week lead.

Due to the required time frame, these must be made in the USA. Thanks.

Satisfactory work will earn more business. I will soon be needing some custom 10-32 standoffs.

Thanks for all the bids. Due to relocation of our office, we are postponing the completion of this job until the end of next week.

I will followup with everyone as soon as I have landed on the west coast. We will definitely need these thumb screws as well as some 10-32 male-female threaded standoffs. Details to follow.

I need 5 thumbscrews and 5 matching male-female standoffs. Prefer hex standoffs, but not required.

1. THUMBSCREWS

Same as previous post, but with 1/16" bleed hole drilled (see photo).

2. MALE-FEMALE STANDOFFS

dimensions
A = 3/8"
B = 1/4"
C = 1/4"

Both male and female threads should be 10-32
There should be a 1/16" hole drilled thru center of male threads section B and unthreaded section A
