Request For Quote- Small Delrin Part

Here is a challenging RFQ from a work holding standpoint. I have attached a PDF of the part, but the winning quote will be provided a dwg or dxf of the exact profile, for ease of programming.

-Material is 1/4" Delrin. (We are aware that raw material is not of uniform thickness which is fine for this part, but let's try and keep these within +/-.020" for the thickness.

-We are having this machined for now because of the low quantities of 10, 50, 100

-Please quote with and without material.

This may be a good option for someone with a router.
