Quote for small steel prototype part.

Dimensions are in millimeters.

Quantity = 5

Material = ANSI 1020 low carbon steel or similar.

Solidworks solid model available.

Scott. Could you supply a STEP file. Somewhere on this forum someone gave a link for a free Solid Works reader but cant find that thread. My question is will it let you convert to other formats. Thanks. Mike.

1018 would be acceptable.

Not sure yet if I can create a STEP file. I will research this and post results.

The small radius going into the center slot may be difficult to mill in. Is it really needed or could you just break the corner?

The small radius (R1) on the center slot can be omitted. It is not a functional requirement.
