I am a moldmaker Edm specialist owning my own late model
Charmilles machinery. I have an Fl-240 fully submerged wire
and a Roboform 350S Speed edition die sinker with a 32 position
tool changer and Erowa tooling. I have 30 plus years experience
in high end quality moldmaking in the Edm arena.
I am looking for any type of wire or sinker edm projects.
Also have high end inspection equipment.
I am also available for Roboform programming and assistance for the 100 ,
1000, and millenium control machines.
I program wire work using Mastercam for 2 and 4 axis work.
Also, I work hand in hand in the same facility with a complete mold building
company specializing in 3d high speed electrode and hard cutting of cavities
and cores plus full moldmaking capabilities.
