We have designed and machined production thermoform molds from aluminum and prototype thermoform tools from urethane tooling board as well as produced patterns and cast thermorform molds.

Thermoforming is a very diverse topic. Molds and expertise vary greatly.
Thin gauge or thick? Sheet or roll fed? Short run or long?
A shop that builds molds for 1/4" ABS suitcases might not be the best for roll fed thin gauge blister packs.
