tolerances are +0.01 on the hole diameters. I would prefer that they are not under sized. The hole locations are +-0.005". I dont care what the outside looks like as long as it is reasonably close to the sketch and not ugly.
Job would be for 10 parts. If you are more than 1 hour from st. louis missouri, please include material costs and shipping to 63131. Please break down your quote for labor on material.
